Evaluation criteria:

Overall impression:professionalism and clarity of nail modeling. The elegance and sophistication of the work.

The length of the simulated nail is selected in accordance with the length of the natural nail bed in a ratio of 1 to 1. Also, the following rules of proportion must be observed:

- the nail of the first (thumb) finger and the third (middle) is slightly longer;

- on the second and fourth the length is the same;

- and on the fifth - a little shorter.

The shape should be the same on all nails.

The rounding should start at the free edge (and not from the points of "growth") and correspond to 50% of the oval (top view).

The sides should have a smooth narrowing.

The sides should be symmetrical with each other. They should be a continuation

of the sides of the natural nail, without sawing, steps, sagging.

Transverse arch (upper, C-bend):the convexity of the nail should be uniform, symmetrical and the same on all nails (without pits, bumps and bumps).

Concave and convex should be parallel, and the highest point should be in the center.

The longitudinal arch (side view, S - bend) should be the same on all nails and have a smooth

bend that corresponds to the natural one as much as possible.

The apex (highest point) must have the same height.

The lower arch (tunnel) should be symmetrical and the same on all nails. In the hyponychia zone there should be no influx of material, injuries from the milling cutter. Artificial elongation on the inside should be without visible transition.

It is allowed to use from the inside of the top.

The "Hairline" Thickness of the end face should be the same throughout the arch (including, from below, on the side walls) and correspond to the thickness of the business card: 0.25 - 0.8 mm.

Cuticle area: the border of the material should not be noticeable, i.e. a smooth transition from a natural nail to an artificial one without steps and surges.

Color scheme: contrast and readability of the drawing. The selection of colors and their combinations should correspond to the specified style of work.

Originality of design: the work performed should be distinguished by an unusual approach in choosing a theme and in execution.

The finish coating should be shiny and smooth (without bald spots, bubbles and swellings).

No saw marks should be visible.

Penalty points:

- for injuries inflicted during the modeling process (cuts, gashes, scuffs, hematomas);

- the presence of creams and oils on the skin that form a fat film;

- for the dirt on the nails and skin.

- for violating the terms of the competition.
